ANOUNCEMENTS

• The General Conference President will be visiting Zambia from 12^th March, 2012. On 13^th March, he will be at Rusangu University as the church receives the finished building from the constructors, those who want to attend his arrival and ceremony at Rusangu, to arrange their own transport.
• Because of the above events, our district activities have changed a little bit.

a)      Baptism at Mungu and Chanyanya churches will now take place on Thursday 15^th and Friday 16^th March, respectively. Baptism     interviews and Baptism itself for urban churches will take place on Sunday 18^th March at Estates.

• There will be a master Guide investiture service at woodlands Central SDA church on 17^th March, 2012. Pastor Mufaya is requested to be the investing pastor.
• All church and company Treasurers to meet the CZC accountant on Sunday 4^th March, 2012 at Kafue Estates with all the deposit slips and cash statements (yellow papers) from January to December 2011.
• The ZBUC AMO Rally takes place on 29^th April - 5^th May 2012 in Kabwe. Lodging fees per participant is only K70,000, feeding and transportation will be as per district. Churches and societies are requested to sponsor at least one Adventist man.
• Affiliation fees to the district by the AMO societies remain the same and must be paid by the end of the first quarter.
• The camp meeting committee will meet on 11^th March 2012 at Estates church. Time 08:00hrs. All local camp meeting chairpersons and their secretaries are members of this committee.
• Let each Church find time to promote camp meeting before the main service. All Elders in charge of camp meeting to see to it that this is done.
• There will be District departmental councils and evaluation meetings at Kafue Main church and Kafue Estates Church respectively on 11^th March 2012. All departmental leaders and their committee members and local church departmental leaders to attend these meetings. Local church departmental leaders must come with reports to their respective venues.
• The council meetings will also include a seminar for publishing and educating departments on 11^th March 2012.
• The youths will have a youth evangelistic campaign in preparation for the youth week of prayer  from 11^th to 17^th March 2012. Venue Kafue East SDA church. Fees are K250,000. All AY and ambassadors to meet on Sunday 4^th March 2012 to prepare for the above programme.
• There will be a PAKIA meeting in Lusaka 17^th March 2012.
• The District Epapharas Ministries department and all local church prayer bands and the Church membership to pray for Women and girls this week.
• There will be AMO promotion on 10^th March in all churches and companies. All churches to put standby preachers.
