1.   Lusaka Conference will hold a music convention from 5^th – 11^th October 2014 at Muluse.

a)      Each delegations required to pay a participation fee of K70.00 by 31^st July 2014.

b)      All singing groups are eligible to attend, no auditions will be conducted.

 

2.   There will be elder’s board tomorrow 13^th July 2014 at Mungu. All elders are requested to submit deposit slips for district funds. The meeting will commence at 09:00 hours.

 
3.  Zambia Union Conference Education department will be having a teacher’s convention in Livingstone from 12^th -16^th August 2014. All Lusaka Conference Adventist Teachers are called to attend an important meeting at Libala on 1^st June 2014 from 09:00 hours – 13:00 hours.

 
4.  All Admin elders and church treasurers are reminded to deposit 75% of the district funds into the district account    0501291100183 without fail. Deadline is 30^th June 2014.

 
5.  There will be camp meeting music auditioning for rural churches on Sunday 20^th July 2014 at chikupi SDA Church Time 08:30 hrs. All to come with packed Lunch.

7.  13-19^th July will be Publishing week of prayer in all Churches in the District.

 
8.  2^nd August 2014 will be Camp meeting promotion in all Churches

 
9.  14-28^th  September will be Union Crusade  at Nkhosa Stadium.

 
10.  There will be prayer session for all prayer warriors on 13^th July, 2014 at hillside church time 07:00hrs.we invite all who have problems to come.

 
11.  All camp meeting chairpersons and their secretaries from local churches including district campmeeting committee and all camp meeting sub committees to meet at the camp site this Sunday 13^th. Time 09”00hrs.

 
12.  The childrens books are now available: 1. Child preachers manual. 2. Bible study guide have now arrived. The cost is K20 which is K40 for both

 
13.  There will be women ministries congress from 9^th to 13^th September 2014 at dream valley. Fees K300 per person covering (a) registration pack, camping space, food, T shirts and materials. Closing date is 10^th august 2014

 
14.  There will be AMO council meeting at libala SDA church on 20^th July, 2014 at 09:00hrs. the AMO conference rally will be held from 26^th October to 2^nd November all men will attend.

 
15.   All church clerks to submit church membership system (CMS) to the district pastor’s office by 14^th July, 2014. Computer age has come to stay, please comply

 

16.   Camp meeting date is from 17^th to 23^rd august, 2014. Theme reaching out for the harvest theme song is 163 local.

 

17.   The district pastor will be on a vocational and study leave starting from 13^th July to 23^rd October, 2014
