Announcement for Sabbath, 15th February 2014

1. There will be an Intergraded Children’s Leadership convention from 12^th to 15^th March, 2014 at Birchwood Hotel, Johannesburg South Africa. Registration is R3, 000. Late Registration R4, 000. Attendees are; Children Ministries Leader, Sabbath school, Children Sabbath School Leaders, Pathfinder Leaders, Adventurer Leaders, Family life Leaders and Parents.
2. February is a Stewardship Emphasis Month. Speakers have been assigned to all churches and companies.
3. All First Elders and Treasures are requested to attend a seminar at Kafue Estates Church on 22^nd February, 2014 at 14:00hrs. PLEASE OBSERVE TIME.
4. 1^st March, 2014 is the International Women’s Day of Prayer. This day will focus on the use of the SUNFLOWER to teach us some important lessons from God’s Word.
5. There will be an emergency District Council meeting on 16^th February, 2014 at 09:00hrs at Kafue Estates Church. All Church Board Members and Members at large are expected to attend without fail.
6. The Zambia Union Conference will conduct School Evangelism from 24^th February, to 1^st March,2014. The venue will be Andrews Motel. Participation fees are as follows;

• Those who will be sharing a room will pay K1,650.00 together as boarders.
• Single occupancy, K1,980.00
• K510.00 Day Scholars (Registration and Lunch).

NB: All payments must be made through the Conference.

7. 8^th to 15^th February, 2014 is the General Conference Christian Home and Marriage Week.  

8. All Church Congregations are requested to submit names of Publishing Coordinators to the District Council without fail.

9. Only Nangongwe Company has submitted ‘’Great Hope ‘’ Deposit Slips. Please submit these records during the District Council.

10. There will be a District Youth Executive Meeting today, 15^th February, 2014 at Kafue Estates Church at 14:00hrs.

11. There will be a Music Seminar on 12^th March, 2014 to be conducted by Conference Leaders at Kafue Estates Church. To attend are; Church Music Directors, Church          Choristers and Choir Directors.

12. All Rural Stewardship Leaders to meet Elder Kaamba on the last Sabbath of this month at Chikupi SDA Church.

13. URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT: There will be  a meeting on Sunday  16^th February 2014 at Libala Church at 09:00 Hrs for the following: AMO, Lay Evangelists, Evangelism Leaders,      Sabbath School Superintendants and their  Elders in Charge. Please attend without  fail.
