Announcements for Sabbath, 4th January 2014

1. Today, 4^th January, 2014 is Spiritual Commitment Sabbath in all Churches and Companies.
2. The Youth Council meeting which was supposed to take place on 1^st January, 2014 will be held on 5^th January, 2014 at Kafue Main. Time; 08:00hrs. All youths to attend in uniforms.
3. There will be a Meeting on Saturday, 04/01/14 at Kafue Main Church at 14:00hrs. Those to attend; All Executive members, Church Music Directors and Choir directors from all churches.
4. There will be a District Council meeting on 19^th January 2014 at Kafue Estates at 09:00hrs. Please observe time.
5. There will be Elders’ Board meeting on Sunday, 05/01/14 at Mungu Church at 09:00hrs.
6. Ordination for Elders and Deacons takes place this Sabbath, 04/01/14 at Kafue Estates Church at 14:00hrs. Those to be ordained should come with their wives.
7. There will be a Personal Ministries (PM) seminar on 12^th January, 2014 at Estates Church. To attend; PM Leaders and secretaries, Church Clerks, Sabbath School Supts. And secretaries and AMO Leaders and secretaries. Time: 08:30hrs. 
8. First Church Elders are requested to submit to the Pastor the list of Departmental assignments given to church elders by 5^th January, 2014 at Elders’ Board Meeting.
9. To all Treasurers, District audit for fourth quarter starts next Monday 6^th January, 2014 at estates church. Time 09:00 hrs. To 14:00 hrs.
10. Dorcas Fellowship/Dedication will take place on 12^th January, 2014 at Kafue Estates church at 09:00hrs. All Dorcas Workers are invited.
11. There will be Children Ministries Serminar that will take place in South Africa, Joharnesburg in March, 2014. Those to attend are the following; Children Ministries Leaders, Sabbath School Supretendant, Parents and all interested persons. Registration fee: K1800 per delegate. Meals and lodging are included. NB, The amount should be paid by 31st January 2014. Prepare transport money as well.
12. The Zambia Union Conference Festival of Laity will be held next year from the 24th to 28th Of June 2014, at Mulungushi International Conference Centre. Registration fee is K 1000 per delegate. This includes lunch and dinner for 4 days. Breakfast will be given from respective lodging places.
13. Kindly note that due to the SID Pathfinder Camporee which will take place in April, 2014, all planned church and District Pathfinder Camps and Camporees from December, 2013 to April, 2014 are supposed to be cancelled or postponed to dates after April, 2014.
