Announcements for Sabbath 14th December 2013

1. Today is Lord's Supper Sabbath in the District.
2. All churches are asked to begin preparing 4^th Quarter reports.
3. The SID international Pathfinder Camporee will be from the 13^th to the 19^th of April, 2014 in Livingstone at Libes Institute. THEME; Not Ashamed. Registration fee $80.00 or K435.00, deadline is 31^st December, 2013. Come with camping Tents.
4. Kindly note that due to the SID Camporee which will take place in  April 2014, All Planned Church and District Pathfinder Camps and Camporees from December 2013 to April 2014 are supposed to be cancelled or postponed to dates after April 2014.
5. All serving Elders for 2013 and 2014 are requested to meet urgently at Mungu Church on Sunday 15th December 2013 at 09:00 Hrs, Please observe time.
6. There will be a District Music Fellowship at Kafue Estates Church on Sunday 29th December 2013 at 08:00Hrs.
7. There will be a DPCC meeting on Sunday 22nd December 2013 at Mungu Church at 09:00 Hrs, all members to attend with fourth quarter reports without fail.
8. Please be imformed that Kabweza and Shikoswe East Companies will be organised into  Churches on Sunday 29th December 2013, Kabweza in the Morning and Shikoswe East in the afternoon. Kabweza also invites to the Ceremony two (2) people from each Church in the District.
9. Elders who need Elder's Manual and many more books including Bibles to see Sr. Mudenda of Kafue Main Church.
10. There will be a Children's Ministries Seminar that will take place in South Africa, Johanesberg in March 2014. those to attend are: All Children's Ministries Leaders, Sabbath School Superrintendants, Parents and all interested persons. Registration fee: K1800 per Delegate, Meals and lodging included. Deadline for payments is 31st January 2014, prepare transport money as well.
11. The Zambia Union Conference Festival of Laity will be held next year from the 24^th to 28^th Of June 2014, at Mulungushi International Conference Centre. Registration fee is K1000 per delegate. This includes lunch and dinner for 4 days. Breakfast will be given from respective lodging places.
12. All church treasures are requested to submit records of Great Hope books to the Pastor. We need to know how you paid for the books whether Cash deposits or anything else. Submit documents to support your activities.
13. 4^th Quarter Baptism will take place on 21^st December, 2013 at Kafue Estates Church at 14:00 hrs.
14. Study guides are on sale by Sr. Mudenda of Kafue Main. Teacher’s edition K30 and ordinary K20.
15. There will be a Dorcas end of year Workers Meeting at Libala Church tomorrow Sunday 15th December 2013 at 09:00Hrs, All Dorcas Members to attend.
16. A reminder to all church members and individuals who received letters towards church organisation for Shikoswe east S.D.A Company that the deadline for contributions is 15^th December, 2013. For more information call W. Mweemba (0977 241950) and D. Makondo (0976 109726)
17. Shikoswe East Company Organisation into a Church will be on Sunday 29th December 2013. 
18. All Urban churches and all church members in the District with access to the internet are encouraged to check for Announcements regularly on the District Website: kafuedictrict-lusaka.adventisthost.org Please note that, starting January, 2014, all urban churches will be accessing their Announcements and other necessary materials by use of the District Website and hard copies will only be prepared for the rural churches. Please make necessary arrangements.
